I am a middle-age man who is overworked and sometimes restless. I've been trying to develop new self-care routines and finding ways to take care of myself. I just had my first IV treatment experience with this place last week, and I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxing the whole experience was. Honestly, I was a bit nervous with needles, but I wanted to take better care of myself....so, I decided to give this a try! As someone who typically feels stressed throughout my day, I left feeling pretty calm and refreshed. I am also a heavy coffee drinker and sometimes I forget how dehydrated I could be. Maybe that is why the IV drip works well on me. While I probably won't get myself poked every few days, I am planning to come back again and try other another IV with some other services they provide. I have sleep apnea, so I am probably going to give the Hyperbaric chamber a try.

I had my first cold plunge/sauna experience with them a few days ago. The facility was very well-kept and I appreciate having a private room for my cold plunge & sauna. I love the thoughtfulness of having a phone holder for me to record my first cold plunge experience to share with family and friends, and the staff took the time to explain the best way for me to experience the whole session (2 min cold plunge + 20 min sauna). I will definitely come back for more.

My husband and I are so excited this place opened in LIC. We were literally just talking about how we need a place like this in town. Then we went in to try and can’t believe how professional they all are. Nurse was amazing, and front desk was so helpful. We’re coming back for sauna sessions! 👍🏻

Awesome experience! We really enjoyed our own private room consisting of the sauna and cold plunge. It was a very cool experience to easily go back forth between the two services whenever we wanted to!
